A one-story, 3 bed / 3.5 bath home on a long, narrow footprint: three bedrooms with three full baths plus a powder room, a vaulted living room, kitchen and dining, a pantry and laundry, covered porches and an attached 2-car garage. The set includes two garage options: Option A has a side-entry garage for a corner or alley lot; Option B has a rear garage reached by a driveway along the house, for an interior lot. Before you buy
- You will need a local professional. A licensed architect, engineer or qualified residential designer in your area must review and adapt these plans to your lot, city, county and state before you permit or build.
- Foundation and structural design are not included. They depend on your site and soil and must be designed by a licensed engineer.
